I, as the artist, retain the full usage rights over any commissioned works.

I reserve the right to post any commissioned works to any social media.

Any characters portrayed in a commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is strictly for client personal use only unless commercial use is both purchased and agreed upon.

For commercial use of my artwork, you must purchase the rights from me at up to 300% (3x) the original price.

Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

Credit includes watermarks and direct links to my social medias.

Print the work for personal use and/or display.

Post the artwork only on character gallery websites with credit clearly visible.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, background, etc.; credit is required somewhere VISIBLE on your profile.

Use the artwork as a loose reference. NO TRACING.

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove and/or crop out my watermark.

Paint over, color in, or otherwise alter the artwork in any way not covered above.

Use the artwork as an NFT or put the artwork through AI.

Use commercially without purchasing the rights.

I, as the artist, retain the full rights over any commissioned and adopted designs.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned or adopted design on any social media.

Designs may not be resold for more than they were purchased for unless additional value is added through commissioned or personal artwork.

Designs must remain recognizable and may not be heavily redesigned after purchase.

The final product is strictly for client personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

You must properly credit and link back to / tag me when sharing or using the commissioned design.

For commercial use of my designs, you must purchase the rights from me at up to 300% (3x) the original price.

Credit is still required when using the design in any form commercially.

You, the client, must clearly describe what you want out of a commission. Anything vague will result in artistic liberty being taken.

You, the client, must provide at least one clear reference image of the character/subject of the artwork.

You, the client, must have professional and polite behvaior during the commissioning process.

You, the client, must respond within at most 1 week or your commission will be cancelled.

You, the client, must carefully read through the Terms of Service provided.

Refunds are not available after the final work is approved and sent to the client.

The client may cancel the commission at any time after the sketching phase for a partial refund; the amount of which will be at artist discretion.

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. You will receive a full or partial refund depending on progress made.

Chargebacks and/or any form of ghosting will result in a permanent block and blacklisting.

Payment is due in full upfront. Payment plans are not available at this time.

Payment must be done through PayPal or Cashapp using USD.

A design fee of up to $50 USD will be charged for clients with no clear and/or unshaded reference images.

Additional fees (up to $20 USD) may be charged for excessive or major revisions.

I reserve the right to refuse to sell to any users that I have blocked & blacklisted.

I reserve the right to refuse to draw any character design created and/or owned by users I have blocked & blacklisted.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I discover a character design involved was created or is owned by a user that I have blocked & blacklisted. No refund will b issued and the client will be blocked & blacklisted as well.

Failure to follow the terms set in this Terms of Service will result in the client being blocked & blacklisted.

All prices are FINAL. No exceptions or discounts will be made.

Payment is required in full upfront once an agreement is met. No payment plans are available at this time.

Prices are listed and to be paid in USD.

My watermark is not to be removed, cropped out, or distorted.

My artwork is not to be used to train AI.

My artwork is not to be used as an NFT.

Any and all custom designs MUST be credited back to me, preferably on Toyhouse.

Artwork may only be posted to character gallery sites such as Refsheet and Toyhouse.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a permanent block + blacklist.

All reference sheets will be lined and flat colored.

Multiple fullbodies are only available with "Big" reference sheets.

All custom designs begin at $60 USD, no exceptions.

Custom designs come with one unshaded, clothed or nude¹ fullbody reference image and a color palette.

Additional fullbodies, halfbodies, and headshots may be purchased.

Information such as name, gender identity and pronouns, sexuality, age, etc. may be added upon request for no extra charge.

Extra outfit chibis are +$5 USD each.

Accessory items and props such as plushies and detail close-ups can range from $5 to $15 USD.

Complex design fees may apply.
