I, the Artist, retain full usage rights to any commissioned artworks.

I, the Artist, reserve the right to post any commissioned artworks to my social medias.

You, the Client, are strictly prohibited to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless the rights for commercial use are purchased and agreed upon within 30 days of original purchase.

You, the Client, may purchase commercial usage rights of the commissioned artwork at up to 300% (3x) the original price.

You, the Client, must credit me, the Artist, at all times when using the commisioned artwork in any way; including both commercial and personal usage.

You, the Client, are strictly prohibited from removing my watermark from a commissioned artwork.

You, the Client, may print the commisioned artwork for personal use and/or display.

You, the Client, may post the commisioned artwork only on character gallery websites with credit clearly visible.

You, the Client, may crop and/or resize the commisioned artwork for use as an avatar, header, background, etc.; credit is required somewhere VISIBLE such as display name or profile description.

You, the Client, may use the commisioned artwork as a loose reference. NO TRACING.

You, the Client, may not claim the commisioned artwork as your own.

You, the Client, may not remove and/or crop out my watermark.

You, the Client, may not paint over, color in, or otherwise alter the commisioned artwork in any way not covered above.

You, the Client, may not use the commisioned artwork as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT).

You, the Client, may not put the commisioned artwork through Artificial Intelligence (AI).

You, the Client, may not use the commisioned artwork commercially without purchasing commercial use rights.

I, the Artist, retain full rights over any commissioned designs.

I, the Artist, reserve the right to post the commissioned design to my social medias.

You, the Client, may not resell a commisioned design for more than it was purchased; unless additional value is added through commissioned or personal artwork.

You, the Client, may not redesign the commisioned design in a way that is unrecognizable.

You, the Client, are strictly prohibited to use the commissioned design for commercial purposes unless the rights for commercial use are purchased and agreed upon within 30 days of original purchase.

You, the Client, may purchase commercial usage rights of the commissioned design at up to 300% (3x) the original price.

You, the Client, must credit me, the Artist, at all times when using the commisioned design in any way; including both commercial and personal usage.

You, the Client, are responsible for clearly describing what you want in a commissioned artwork. Failure to clearly describe your wishes will result in artistic liberty being taken.

You, the Client, are responsible for providing at least one clear and unshaded reference image of the character/subject of the commissioned artwork.

You, the Client, must have professional and polite behavior during the commissioning process.

You, the client, must respond within 1 week or your commission will be cancelled.

You, the client, must carefully read through the Terms of Service provided.

You, the Client, may not receive a refund after the commissioned artwork is finalized and received.

You, the Client, may cancel the commission at any time after the sketching phase for a partial refund.

I, the Artist, reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time. The client will receive a full or partial refund dependant on progress made.

You, the Client, are prohibited from using chargebacks; doing so will result in a permanent block and blacklisting.

You, the Client, are prohibited from ghosting the Artist at any time during the commission process; doing so will result in a permanent block and blacklisting.

You, the Client, are obligated to pay in full, upfront. Payment plans are unavailable at this time.

You, the Client, are obligated to pay though PayPal or Cashapp using USD.

I, the Artist, retain the right to charge additional fees up to $20 USD for excessive and major revisions.

I, the Artist, retain the right to charge a design fee of $50 USD for clients with no clear and/or unshaded reference images.

I, the Artist, retain the right to charge a complexity fee of up to $50 USD for clients with complex and/or hard to draw designs.

I, the Artist, reserve the right to refuse sales to clients who are blocked and/or blacklisted.

I, the Artist, reserve the right to refuse any design created and/or owned by a client I have blocked and/or blacklisted.

I, the Artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission if I discover a design involved was created and/or owned by a client I have blocked and/or blacklisted. No refund will be issued and the commissioning client will be blocked and/or blacklisted as well.

You, the Client, are obligated to follow the terms set in this Terms of Service. Failure to follow these terms will result in being blocked and/or blacklisted.

ALL PRICES ARE FINAL. No exceptions or discounts will be made.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL UPFRONT once an agreeement is met. No paymen plans are available at this time.

Prices are listed and to be paid in USD.

My watermark is not to be removed, cropped out, or distorted.

My artwork is not to be used to train AI in any way.

My artwork is not to be used as an NFT.

Any and all custom designs MUST be credtied back to me, preferably on Toyhouse.

Artwork may only be posted to character gallery sites such as Toyhouse.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a permanent block & blacklist.

ALL EMOJIS BEGIN AT $10 USD. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

All Emojis are lined and flat colored. Simple shading may be added at a fee.

All Emojis are redraws of existing reaction images as your character. You must provide the image you want redrawn.

All Emojis files are sized 500x500. Complex designs may be simplified to fit the filesize.

ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS BEGIN AT $70 USD. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

All custom designs come with one unshaded, clothed or nude¹ fullbody reference image and a color palette

Custom designs come typically as a "Basics" type reference (see above for details). Designs can be upgraded to "Standard" or "Big" at additional costs.

Basic information such as name, gender identity and pronouns, sexuality, age, etc. may be added upon request for no extra charge.

Accessory items and props are available for customs upgraded to "Standard" or above.

Accessory items and props range from $5 USD to $15 USD each.
